- Every flight with aircraft, area, altitude and permissions - flight hours roll up per drone.
- Aircraft with registration, insurance expiry and battery cycles - total hours roll up from the flight log.
- Quotes not answered within 7 days land in a follow-up list
- Completed jobs not yet invoiced are listed at the end of each day
- Recurring service visits calculate their next due date
- Revenue per customer and site rolls up from job history
How the parts work together
- Quote: Add customer and site → Create a quote and mark it Sent → Chase everything in "Chase these"
- Do the job: Schedule a job with site and crew → Record hours, materials and notes on site → Mark Complete
- Bill & rebook: Invoice everything in "To invoice" → Update Last visit on the service plan → Book from "Due soon"
