1. Who we are

Templs (templs.com) is operated by CHEN Guan Huai, a sole proprietor("we", "us"). Contact: hello@templs.com.

Templs is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.

2. Orders are handled by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, and billing questions, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. These terms cover the templates themselves and your use of this site.

3. What you buy

• A template is a ready-made Notion workspace: linked databases, views, formulas and example data, described on its page before you buy.
• After payment you receive a link by email. Open it and click Duplicate to copy the template into your own Notion workspace.
• You need a Notion account. Every template works on Notion's free plan. Notion's own terms apply to your use of Notion.
• Templates are delivered digitally only. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle shows any tax before you pay.

4. Your licence

When you buy a template or download it with a membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:

• use, edit and adapt it in your own Notion workspaces, for personal or business use, including with your team;
• members only: set up a template inside a client's workspace as part of your services, once per client per template download.

You may not resell, sublicense or give away the template or its duplicate link, publish it in a template gallery or marketplace, or offer it as part of a template collection of your own.

5. Membership

• Plans: Monthly $14.90/month, Quarterly $36.90/quarter, Annual $99/year. Each plan includes a number of template downloads per month (Monthly 10, Quarterly 12, Annual 15).
• Any template counts as one download, whatever its single price. Unused downloads do not roll over.
• Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Templates you downloaded stay yours under the licence above after your membership ends.
• We will email members at least 30 days before any price change takes effect; it applies from your next renewal.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. It does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Updates, new templates and requests

• We may improve templates. Improvements to a template you have are free; open the latest link to get the new version.
• We add new templates every month. Template requests help us decide what to build; a request is not a promise that a template will be made.
• We may retire a template from the catalogue. Copies you already duplicated are not affected.

8. Using this site

Do not misuse the site: no scraping of paid content, attempts to break security, automated form submissions, or anything unlawful.

9. Templates are tools, not advice

Templates help you organise your own work. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check calculations and records that matter (for example invoices, dosages, safety or compliance logs) yourself; you are responsible for the data you keep.

10. Liability

Templates are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply to purchases made before them. Purchases are governed by Paddle's buyer terms. Otherwise these terms are governed by the law of the place where the seller is established, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
