Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Templs is operated by CHEN Guan Huai (sole proprietor), who is responsible for your personal data on this site. We collect as little as we can, never sell it, and do not run advertising or tracking scripts.
What we collect and why
- Email address - when you join the launch list, request a template, ask for the free template or contact us. Used to reply and to send what you asked for.
- Name and message - when you use the contact form, to answer you.
- Template requests - the industry and details you type, to decide which templates to build and to tell you when yours is ready.
- Orders - Paddle processes payment and shares with us your name, email, country and what you bought, so we can deliver templates, run your membership and handle support. We never see your card details.
- Technical data - IP address and browser details, used briefly to protect forms from spam and abuse and to keep the site running.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performing our contract with you, your consent (launch list, free template), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who processes it
- Paddle - checkout, payments, tax and receipts (merchant of record).
- Cloudflare - hosting, security checks on forms (Turnstile) and the database that stores form submissions.
- Resend - sending emails such as delivery links and replies.
- Notion - when you duplicate a template, it is copied into your own Notion workspace under Notion's privacy policy.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare's security check may set a cookie needed for it to work.
How long we keep it
- Launch list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Template requests and contact messages: up to 24 months.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require (kept by Paddle).
