You buy the template for your trade or role - once, or as one of your monthly membership downloads. It is a complete Notion system: linked databases, calculations, a dashboard and example data. Each template marks its core parts and the optional ones you can delete without breaking anything.
Each template carries only what the job needs - usually six to eight connected databases and one dashboard. No decorative widgets and no general-purpose extras bolted on. The goal is less setup debt, not more complexity.
Every template opens with a 5-minute Start here section: change one example, run the first routine once, watch the dashboard update - plus which parts are core and which are safe to delete. Notion basics live in one help page.
Buyers get free updates to the template they bought - new fields, views and workflow improvements - at no extra cost and without a full rebuild. Members keep every template they downloaded, even after cancelling.
We collect only what is needed for checkout, support, launch emails, and abuse prevention. We never sell your contact data.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles tax and receipts. You will see the Paddle checkout before you pay.
If a template does not work as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Memberships can be cancelled anytime and stop renewing at the end of the paid period. Refunds go through Paddle, and no justification call is required.
